Keith Sweatt’s NBA Props 03/27

by Keith Jaco

Following a three-day hiatus, we are back with a few NBA props and Prize Picks plays for Monday, March 27th.

Although I didn’t publish any write-ups over the weekend, I did get around to making a few plays.

We got absolutely hosed on a few parlays as Kelly Olynyk and Klay Thompson each finished one point/RA short of their respective lines.

Also, Giannis came up 5 PRA short against Denver on Saturday night which would have been a nice $90 cash.

Regardless, we’re sitting at $195 in the Prize Picks account, and Monday night offers us a great chance to be profitable and build back toward $300.

I always want to keep roughly $200 in my account, so it would be nice to bolster the bankroll back above $300 to allow for a cashout. Maybe this week will be the week we accomplish that!

For tonight’s slate, we see a variety of contests including playoff teams battling to either stay afloat or continue their climb.

For my first play, I am going to tail COS’s first pick of the night, which is Detroit Pistons guard Jaden Ivey o5.5 Asts vs. Milwaukee.

Now I obviously don’t love this matchup as the Bucks enter the game 15-point favorites. But Ivey has been too productive as of late, hitting this over-assist prop in 5/L7 with at least 5 assists in seven straight games. Those stats are good enough for me to tail and add my own play.

To go along with Ivey, we’re going to take Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray o29.5 PRA. The Nuggets are going up against Embiid and the Sixers tonight at home following a dominant performance over Giannis and the Bucks on Saturday night.

I expect Murray and Jokic to continue to assert dominance as the best team in the league tonight against another MVP candidate and #1 seed.

Murray has cleared o29.5 PAR in 4L5 games as well as 6/L8 home games. In the month of March, Murray is averaging 29 PAR and recorded a 32 PAR performance against Philadelphia earlier this season. Let’s cash this.

I ended up pressed for time, so I’m going to keep things short for my final official play of the night. We’re going for a three-leg hit, a $20 wager to net $80.

First, we’ll take Devin Booker o31.5 points. DBook has hit this number in 7/L11 games. Durant is still sidelined, Paul doesn’t score like he used to and Ayton is listed as doubtful. I feel strongly that we can get 32+ out of Booker tonight. Next, we’re taking Tyrese Maxey o30.5 PRA. Maxey has hit this mark in 3/L5, finishing with 30 in the two misses. No Embiid tonight, it’s officially the Maxey show tonight against Denver. Lastly, we’ve got Nikola Vucevic o31 PRA. We’re trusting the data on this one. Coming off an ejection, but has hit in 2/L4. NEED IT!

Good luck and let’s stay profitable!
